If you enjoy the digital universe, are interested in customer service, and identify with the dynamism of e\-commerce, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the product photography production process together with the brands, coordinating delivery dates according to product arrivals; * Support the department across all stages related to orders, including: inclusion in the e\-commerce price list, system maintenance with the factory, and updating the product enrichment spreadsheet; * Collaborate with the Merchandising Analyst to monitor the e\-commerce order portfolio, tracking deliveries, aligning launch dates, requesting priority when necessary, and maintaining frequent, direct communication with the factory team regarding order matters; * Verify products and promotions on websites to ensure accurate pricing, text, categorization, and storefront display, aligned with the product calendar and strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Desired Competencies: * Ability to co-create and collaborate; * Curiosity, creativity, and systemic thinking; * Active listening, communication skills, and commitment. **Additional Information** Additional Information: * Location: Farroupilha/RS or Porto Alegre/RS; * Work model: Hybrid; * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\.
