An environment offering opportunities for growth and development We are seeking a **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** to work at an industry located in **SÃO LEOPOLDO**. **Responsibilities:** Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring team development and engagement in addressing business challenges. Responsible for ensuring maximum asset availability at optimal cost, safety, and quality, while monitoring performance indicators.
