Join the **Madesa Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide administrative support for departmental activities, including: data collection and compilation, preparation of electronic spreadsheets, and monitoring marketplace data; * Handle or forward requests received through digital channels; * Keep information updated in the computerized systems under your responsibility; * Maintain regular contact with interfacing departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM; * Experience in sales or administrative routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Completed high school education; * Analytical mindset and strong attention/concentration skills; **It would also be a plus if you have:** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Spanish (reading and writing); * Knowledge of performance indicator analysis, data interpretation, and report generation; * Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace operational routines. **Additional Information** #### **BENEFITS** At Madesa, we deeply care about the health, satisfaction, and well-being of our employees.
