




Job Summary: HR Department professional to perform payroll, social charges, and employee support activities, ensuring confidentiality of information. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll and HR department routines. 2. Support in onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes. 3. Control and management of benefits and ancillary obligations. **JOB DETAILS** ----------------- Perform payroll closing routines (timekeeping entries, postings, verifications, and calculations). Control and verify electronic time records, hour banks, overtime, and additional payments. Calculate vacation pay, severance payments, 13th salary, and labor-related charges. Issue social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and monitor payment deadlines. Submit and monitor ancillary obligations such as eSocial, DCTFWeb, and Sefip, where applicable. Assist employees with inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, benefits, and labor-related questions. Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files and physical/digital records. Support onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes. Manage benefits (transportation allowance, basic food basket, life insurance, and health plans). Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Ensure confidentiality of salary information and personal data. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Previous experience in payroll and HR department routines.
