




We are looking for an organized, agile Administrative Assistant with excellent attention to detail to directly handle the entry and verification of invoices, supporting our internal processes and ensuring the accurate flow of financial information within the department. **Responsibilities and duties** * Enter and verify product and service invoices in the internal system; * Verify tax data, taxes, and mandatory information on electronic invoices (NF-e); * Support administrative processes within the department, including file management and document organization; * Monitor the invoice approval workflow with the responsible departments; * Maintain contact with suppliers for corrections, reissuance, or clarification of questions regarding invoices; * Provide support to the finance and accounting teams as needed; * Assist with general administrative tasks (spreadsheets, reports, registrations, internal controls). **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Additional information** **CHECK OUT OUR BENEFITS** * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program; * Private pension plan; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Total Pass.
