Responsible for carrying out low and medium complexity processes, ensuring the management of Service Contracts and Deferred Revenue Management for TOTVS Group Service Units. **Responsibilities and duties** Through meetings with clients, gather requirements for proper project activity planning; Plan projects through meetings with the client team and technical team; Validate capacity, architecture, business continuity, and infrastructure environment security issues, presenting projects to architecture committees; Ensure project deliveries within agreed timelines, executing projects according to agile or waterfall methodology; Remove obstacles that could impact agreed timelines through negotiation and/or escalation to involved areas; Clearly present project progress (as well as associated risks) to both the infrastructure team and the client, establishing project cadence and reporting status; Safeguard the infrastructure environment, as well as security and governance standards, through comprehensive documentation and proper GMUD creation; Through periodic meetings with clients, ensure appropriate communication with departments to anticipate demands. **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Administration or related fields. Basic knowledge in at least one technology, such as: information security, networking, storage, operating systems, virtualization, cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, integrations, or development; Basic knowledge of Kanban tools; Basic knowledge of one or more demand management and data analysis tools: Project, Jira, Excel, PowerBI, Google Data Studio; Basic knowledge in infrastructure implementations.
