If you are passionate about technology and innovation, and wish to launch your career at a multinational leader in engineering solutions, this is your opportunity! **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Support continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S). * Participate in performance indicator (KPI) monitoring. * Assist in prototype and equipment testing. * Support preparation of technical reports and tracking spreadsheets. * Assist in project and process data analysis. * Attend technical meetings and record minutes or improvement points. * Contribute to organizing and managing technical documents and standards. **Competencies** ---------------- * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (mandatory) * Currently pursuing a university degree (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Affinity with engineering fields * Availability to work at the company from 7:20 AM to 11:20 AM **Benefits** -------------- * Training allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation assistance Information at a Glance Danfoss engineers solutions that increase machine productivity, reduce emissions, lower energy consumption, and enable electrification.
