Assistance in monitoring and preparing quality reports **JOB:** Quality Analyst **LOCATION:** Caxias do Sul **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Experience in the role; Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001; Course in Metrology and Measurement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in monitoring the quality of the company's production process; Assist in preparing analysis reports provided to customers, according to internal technical specifications; Serve customers by clarifying possible questions regarding the production/quality process; Create and maintain updated quality area control spreadsheets; Open, track, and follow up on identified technical support cases according to standard procedures. **WORK SCHEDULE:** **Monday to Thursday:** 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. **Friday:** 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. **COMPENSATION:** To be negotiated + 20% hazard pay + benefits **BENEFITS:** **Attendance bonus:** BRL 150.00 **Health insurance:** Unimed Nacional **Dental insurance:** Odontoprev **Transportation voucher:** Visate Lunch provided at the company Life insurance **Partnerships:** Pharmacy, gas voucher, bookstore **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's degree
