Job Summary: Tax Assistant responsible for calculating and filing taxes, submitting tax returns, performing tax bookkeeping and analysis of tax procedures, issuing tax invoices, and providing customer service. Issuance of NFe and NFSe ### **Tax Assistant \#1342** * Responsibilities: \- Use customer service platforms to respond to inquiries and fulfill client requests; * Calculate and file direct and indirect taxes for the company (SIMPLES NACIONAL, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRRF, IRPJ, CSLL); * Submit tax declarations (DIRF, DCTF, DIMED, DIMOB, REINF, DEFIS, SPED ICMS, SPED CONTRIBUTIONS); * Perform tax bookkeeping and analyze tax procedures; * Issue NFe and NFSe; * Deliver tax declarations in the states of RS, SC, SP, RJ, and PR. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Prior experience in an accounting office is preferred. * Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting, currently enrolled or completed; courses related to tax accounting. * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:15 PM to 5:00 PM.
