Your main responsibilities: * Create maps using QGIS and Google Earth; * Develop AutoCAD projects; * Prepare city descriptions; * Organize photo files for appraisal reports; * Conduct market research; * Perform quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates; * Receive customer e-mails, forward them to the manager, and respond when necessary. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Completed or currently taking courses in Cost Estimation and/or Structural Systems and Design; * Training or proficiency in AutoCAD and LID (Drawing Reading and Interpretation).
