Job Description: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields. Desirable: ITIL knowledge, Oracle database expertise, Unix operating system knowledge, Cisco equipment and services knowledge, Microsoft certification. Languages: Intermediate English desirable. * Respond to hardware and software support requests via helpTI (or similar tool) or in person; * Process payment requests according to company-defined rules; * Contact, monitor, and manage IT vendors; * Participate in projects by executing part or all of the assigned activities; * Administer Windows and Linux servers, including monitoring, updates, hardening, and troubleshooting; * Manage virtualized environments using Hyper\-V, including creation, maintenance, and optimization of virtual machines; * Configure and administer virtualization resources such as virtual switches, internal/external networks, VHD/VHDX disks, checkpoints, and VM replication; * Administer Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, GPOs, permissions, and security policies); * Administer essential infrastructure services such as DHCP, DNS, File Server, Print Server, and IIS; * Perform storage management, volume management, quotas, permissions, and backup/restoration routines; * Monitor host and VM performance, identifying CPU, memory, disk, and network bottlenecks; * Use and administer server management and monitoring tools (e.g., WSUS, Zabbix, PRTG); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on physical servers, virtual servers, and infrastructure equipment; * Manage patching policies and apply security patches to servers and corporate services; * Implement continuous improvements to the server environment, aiming for availability, performance, and security. * Install and configure workstations with all required IT software and services in accordance with company standards and regulations; * Monitor and control monitoring tools; * Support IT service management (ITIL); * Maintain technical proficiency through self\-study, participation in courses and training sessions, discussion forums, etc.; * Train end users; * Prepare support documentation; * Prepare analyses and reports and execute tasks as requested by management; * Understand, comply with, and promote the company’s Integrated Management Policy, committing to perform job duties in accordance with current procedures and programs; contributing to achieving defined objectives and goals, and supporting compliance with organizational management system requirements and its effectiveness. * Position subject to the OEA Security Program classification. 2512030202191898848
