Focused on organizational development, the company supports process optimization and the appreciation of human capital. **Responsibilities:** Record, organize, and monitor due dates for suppliers, service providers, and fixed expenses. Monitor customer receivables, issue invoices and bills, and track delinquency. Reconcile bank statements, identify transactions, and ensure records are accurate. Enter data into ERP systems or spreadsheets, ensuring information accuracy. Support the preparation and updating of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. Prepare accounts payable and receivable reports to support management. File payment receipts, invoices, and contracts related to financial transactions; clarify questions regarding payments and receivables while maintaining effective communication.
