Job Summary: A professional to assist in product technical development, drawing preparation, production monitoring, and industrial feasibility studies, aiming for continuous improvement. Monitor the production process and suggest improvements The company seeks an Engineering Assistant in Caxias do Sul (Cinquentenário). **Responsibilities:** Assist in product technical development, participating in operational data analysis. Create 2D and 3D technical drawings of parts, equipment, and layouts in SolidWorks, based on internal requests or customer files. Monitor the production process, supporting production staff with suggestions to promote improvements, new concepts, and methods. Assist in preparing industrial feasibility studies for new product development, ensuring new projects are practically feasible through rigorous analysis grounded in practical and theoretical technical data. Create/revise technical specifications clearly and concisely conveying product, process, and quality requirement data. Facilitate manufacturing understanding regarding item fabrication per standards and/or specific customer requirements. Perform/request revisions to Engineering documents and/or documents from other departments requiring input from Engineering. Create/revise product structures based on process analyses, technical data, historical process records, and/or customer requests. Collaborate on new product development projects aligned with company needs. Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. Adhere to company disciplinary and occupational safety regulations. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. Suggest continuous improvement in processes within the scope of responsibility. Perform other related and inherent duties as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor. Previous experience as an Engineering Assistant, Engineering Technician, Engineering Analyst, or Engineering Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
