Our store leaders ensure process execution and adherence to service routines in self-service and checkout areas. **Responsibilities and duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** **To take the field in this role, you must:** * Perform store opening and closing procedures. * Monitor organization of the sales area (by size, labels, security tags, display, and pricing). * Supervise product receiving and processing for display in the sales area. * Ensure restocking of the sales area through supply reports. * Monitor omnichannel processes and ensure deadlines meet the company's commitments to customers. * Handle initial customer requests regarding claims (customer service/returns), overseeing product exchanges. * If the issue cannot be resolved, escalate to the Store Supervisor. * Conduct daily team meetings and monitor store goals. * Supervise cashiers' opening and closing procedures, send cash amounts to the store safe, and transmit the GIN (internal shopping mall processes), verifying amounts (perform full procedure according to SBF Group standards). * Assist the store with bank deposits. * Process sale cancellations (release terminal). * Perform disposal of bags and gift packaging. * Open gift card batches. * Support in reviewing each checkout's cash closing (joint activity with the Store Manager). * Ensure loss prevention procedures (garbage checks and employee inspections). * Support submission of administrative documents (time records, schedules, certificates, etc.).
