Technical conception to final product validation We are looking for a **Product Engineer II** to join Hercules in the Automotive OEM vertical, focusing on product development and evolution, with **on-site work based in Brazil**. This position is part of an **international project**, featuring strong global interface. You will interact directly with engineering teams from other countries, participate in strategic technical decisions, and contribute to developing innovative solutions within a multicultural environment. Although the role is based in Brazil, the context is global: **advanced English proficiency** is essential for communication with international stakeholders, and **willingness to travel abroad**, as required by the project, is mandatory. The role spans from technical conception through to final product validation, ensuring **quality, performance, and reliability** at every stage. If you possess an analytical mindset, strategic vision, and thrive in a dynamic and global environment, this opportunity is for you! **\#youatRandoncorp \#weareRandoncorp** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Develop new product projects and/or project adaptations, conducting technical, economic, and market feasibility studies, following the relevant Product Engineering macroprocess methodology, ensuring product performance, quality, safety, and reliability while complying with technical standards and specifications; preparing and/or requesting technical drawings; analyzing results; monitoring and implementing schedule milestones to meet customer requirements and targeted outcomes; * Identify, propose, and implement improvements and/or innovations for new products within your area of responsibility, analyzing internal controls and procedures, identifying opportunities, and preparing and/or monitoring action plans and/or projects to accelerate and enhance responsiveness to demands, optimize resources, and reduce costs; * Monitor product lifecycle, tracking usage conditions, technical issues, natural wear, and other relevant factors to establish average expected product lifespan under appropriate usage conditions; * Research materials/process technologies and new products for industry segments served by the company, proposing and implementing innovations and/or improvements; * Collaborate with customers during product definition, understanding their needs, verifying application scenarios, and proposing solutions aligned with production processes; * Evaluate and take actions to ensure field product performance, proposing technical solutions for correction and improvement when necessary, guaranteeing compliance with developed technical specifications; * Stay updated on technical standards and legal specifications through studies, research, and review of publications, to guide and align project execution with current legislation; * Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams in product projects, conducting improvement studies to increase productivity and/or reduce costs, and leading implementation of proposed stages, considering technical and economic feasibility using company-defined methodologies, thereby supporting management decision-making; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced Excel; * Technical Drawing; * Project Management; * Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). **Preferred Qualifications:** * SAP experience; * Knowledge of products in the implements/automotive segment; * Experience in industrial environments and structured engineering methodologies. **Additional Information** Additional Information: * Willingness to travel, including internationally. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
