Job Summary: Work in the Production Planning and Control (PPC) area, evaluating factory capacity, directing production models to manufacturing units, and monitoring production flow and order deliveries. Monitor production progress and on-time delivery performance Work in the Production Planning and Control (PPC) area, evaluating factory capacity, directing production models to manufacturing units, monitoring production flow and order deliveries, and performing other related and inherent duties of the position. 1\. Schedule internal and external production card batches for the factory according to received production demands and guidance from the PPC Directorate and Management. 2\. Conduct capacity and production bottleneck analyses and propose solutions to management; when requested, formally notify production departments indicating Production Orders with execution priority, in compliance with directives received from the Sales Department, aiming to meet customer requirements within the established deadlines. 3\. Analyze required quantities, model variations, and each department's participation level, reporting findings to Management to enhance operational efficiency across all departments involved in the production flow. 4\. Develop schedules and monitor adherence to delivery deadlines for raw materials and supplies in coordination with the Purchasing Department and Warehouse, ensuring scheduled production and delivery deadlines to customers are met. 5\. Monitor daily production progress, tracking completed and delayed programs, identifying root causes and estimated completion dates, and promptly informing the Sales Department of any issues or anomalies that may jeopardize agreed deadlines and scheduling. 6\. Monitor the "Model Scheduling" process, communicating priority sequences and target completion dates to the Modeling Department based on production needs and the Model Schedule spreadsheet, thereby maintaining continuity in the production cycle. 7\. Monitor all production trials to ensure rapid production flow and timely release of blade models for full-scale production. 8\. Analyze models sold at trade fairs by reviewing the "Sales Ranking" report to identify which references already have an assigned "schedule", enabling their inclusion in new production planning cycles. 9\. Generate and send individual box labels and collective box labels to third parties according to production scheduling, facilitating identification, organization, release to Shipping, and subsequent dispatch of orders to Head Office. 10\. Register and release Internal Material Requisitions (RI’s) via the electronic system to make them available again for production use. 11\. Track Non-Conformance Reports (RNC) using an electronic spreadsheet to identify associated problems, responsible departments, and quantities of non-conformities (reworks). 12\. Participate in internal and external training programs to continuously improve knowledge relevant to this role. 13\. Understand the company's mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence regulations. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in this position, as directed by superiors.
