Handling processes for opening, changing, and closing companies. Registration, filing, and monitoring of corporate actions with relevant authorities: Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue, Notary Offices, among others. Requesting and regularizing state and municipal registrations. Requesting and monitoring environmental licenses, health surveillance permits, and operating licenses. , Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role.
