The company is seeking a Billing Clerk in Novo Hamburgo. **Responsibilities:** Issue electronic invoices (NF\-e), delivery notes, return notes, and other tax documents. Perform order billing in accordance with commercial and tax rules. Verify sales orders, CFOP, CST, NCM, tax classifications, and other tax-related information. Analyze and validate tax documents to ensure compliance with current tax legislation. Monitor and control the sending of XML files and DANFE to customers. Support the control of billing reports and monthly closing. Provide support to the sales, finance, and logistics departments as needed. Previous experience as a Billing Analyst, Billing Assistant, Billing Coordinator, or Billing Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
