**Description:**
Perform various administrative and/or operational processes, resolving medium-complexity issues.
Maintain up-to-date information and organized documents within your work area.
Keep SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) updated and accessible for hygiene assistants.
Ensure SDSs (Safety Data Sheets) for sanitizers are available for consultation at each DML.
Control inventory and request replenishment of cleaning supplies and sanitizers, while promoting secure storage in coordination with hygiene assistants.
Monitor the monthly technician visit schedule and accompany the technician performing sanitizer dilutor calibration.
Review the daily work schedule of hygiene assistants, assisting the hospitality team leader in workforce planning and making adjustments as needed (e.g., due to vacancies, absences, days off, or vacations).
Conduct onboarding (for new staff) and refresher training, providing technical guidance to hygiene assistants to ensure maintenance of proper hygiene practices.
Record absences and medical certificates, ensuring accurate timekeeping for hygiene assistants in coordination with the hospitality team leader.
Execute the schedule and ensure compliance with special hygiene schedules.
Monitor completion records in FPs (Cleaning Forms) submitted by hygiene assistants, ensuring adherence to the established schedule.
Log start and end times of cleaning tasks via the app to maintain the hygiene duration indicator.
Evaluate and monitor the operation of equipment (TV, minibar, air conditioner) and facilities in patient-occupied rooms/boxes.
Ensure terminal bed hygiene according to priority defined by NIR.
Verify terminal hygiene (post-discharge) performed by hygiene assistants, confirming beds are ready for the next patient and releasing them in the system for NIR.
Assess the need for floor treatment, determining the optimal timing jointly with flow management.
Supervise concurrent and terminal cleaning performed by hygiene assistants, implementing adjustments and corrections whenever necessary.
Monitor hygiene equipment functionality and corrective maintenance duration with the maintenance team.
Receive and log infrastructure maintenance requests (general or clinical engineering) into the system, define priorities, track repair progress in real time, and keep the hospitality team leader informed.
Inspect sanitizer dilutors and labels on hygiene cart bottles, guiding hygiene assistants on correct labeling as needed.
Review organization of hygiene carts, guiding hygiene assistants as needed.
Support hygiene assistants and perform hygiene tasks across various hospital areas as required under hygiene contingency plans.
