**Responsibilities and duties**
* Serve as a technical and operational reference for credit recovery activities, supporting teams in delinquency management;
* Contribute to developing solutions and process improvements focused on credit recovery;
* Monitor and analyze content related to credit recovery, processing and disseminating such information;
* Pursue continuous technical and behavioral development aligned with the evolution of our management model.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and its practical applications;
* Experience and/or knowledge in credit recovery.
**For internal candidates, in addition to the above requirements:**
* Must be at Development Phase 3 or higher in their current role, as advancing in one’s career requires mastery of the current position’s responsibilities;
* As interns form part of Pioneira’s Talent Pool, they are not required to be at Phase 3 or higher.
**Additional information** **Preferred qualifications:**
* MBA and/or postgraduate degree in related fields;
* Experience in the credit lifecycle;
* Financial certifications;
* Branch experience;
* Knowledge of credit risk.
