Administrative and documentary support **HOW WILL YOU STAND OUT HERE?** Perform administrative tasks, provide customer service via telephone, corporate email, and WhatsApp, collect data for vacancy inspections, schedule appointments with tenants and property owners, manage the calendar via Google Drive, submit requests on the Inspection Network platform, attach initial inspection reports, forms, and other documents, verify and send inspection reports to customers via email, upload them into the system, register information on the Inspection Network and Imobiliar platforms, support internal and external customers, manage the inspection calendar for Crédito Real’s inspector, arrange documents and keys, receive disputes, respond to customers, enter information into the system, code documents, and forward them to the archive. **Salary:** Competitive with market standards. **Work Location: Kobrasol Branch** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM * **People with disabilities are welcome in all our opportunities.** **Requirements** * High school diploma * Technical education * Technologist degree * Bachelor's degree
