MATERIAL ORGANIZATION: Organizes tools, PPE, and materials at the start and end of operations. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION: Assists in installing hardware, splice closures, and cable routing. FIELD VISIT SUPPORT: Accompanies technicians during field visits, ensuring necessary support. FIELD RECORDS: Completes basic field records and assists with photographic documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic knowledge of optical networks and external infrastructure. Familiarity with manual tools and PPE usage. Ability to follow technical instructions from supervisors and technicians. Capability to perform operational tasks safely. Proactivity and physical fitness for outdoor activities. Team spirit and collaboration with field colleagues. Punctuality, responsibility, and care for equipment. Interest in continuous technical learning.
