Job Summary: Responsible for operating and monitoring all stages of the juice treatment process to ensure efficiency and quality, and for providing technical leadership over operations. Monitor process parameters and optimize steam consumption **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5-day workweek with 1 day off **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for operating and monitoring all stages of the juice treatment process to ensure process efficiency and quality, as well as technically leading startup, shutdown, and maneuvering operations of systems * Operation and control of the juice evaporation system; * Monitoring of parameters such as pressure, temperature, and BRIX; * Sample collection and completion of operational records; * Equipment cleaning and sanitization; * Support in identifying failures and optimizing steam consumption. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience with evaporation, clarifiers, and the entire juice treatment process; * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; * Willingness to reside in Denise, Nova Olímpia, or Tangará. **Benefits:** Pharmacy allowance, disclosed during interview, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Meal voucher
