Description: * Work in chicken production support, including transportation, cutting, and packaging. * Operate evisceration equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures. * Remove poultry viscera in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Visually inspect birds to identify and discard those not meeting quality standards. * Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of evisceration equipment to ensure proper operation. * Strictly follow occupational safety rules, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuous and efficient operations. * Record production data and incidents on specific forms as directed by supervision. * Participate in safety and quality training sessions and meetings, contributing to continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Reside in Tangará da Serra * Elementary education * Complete elementary education. * Availability to work in different company departments. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Good communication and organizational skills.
