Description: * Will be responsible for operating and monitoring all stages of the juice treatment process, ensuring process efficiency and quality, as well as technically leading start-up, shutdown, and system maneuver operations; * Operation and control of the juice evaporation system; * Monitoring of parameters such as pressure, temperature, and BRIX; * Sample collection and completion of operational records; * Equipment cleaning and sanitization; * Support in fault identification and optimization of steam consumption. Requirements: * High school diploma completed; * Experience with evaporation, clarifiers, and the entire juice treatment process; * Availability for shifts and 5x1 schedule; * Willingness to reside in Denise, Nova Olimpia, or Tangara.
