Stock Inventory: Perform physical counting and reconciliation of stored items, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records. Inventory Control and Movement (ERP): Manage material receipts, issues, and transfers using ERP systems, ensuring traceability and organization. Scheduled 5S Audits: Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with 5S principles, promoting a clean and efficient workplace. Inter-Branch Transfer Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute material transfers between company branches, ensuring speed and control. Incident Handling with Technical Team and Vehicle Operators: Investigate and resolve operational incidents involving technicians and drivers. Fleet Monitoring and Control: Monitor vehicle usage and performance to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure availability. RMA Management: Oversee defective material return processes (RMA), including registration, analysis, and routing per internal procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Knowledge: ERP operation for inventory control; familiarity with cyclic and annual inventory practices; basic internal logistics knowledge; foundational understanding of the 5S program; inter-branch transfer control; internal fleet monitoring; incident handling with technical teams; basic RMA management (return of damaged materials); and basic/intermediate Excel proficiency.
