Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the team and monitor departmental routines; * Monitor procurement processes and purchase orders; * Support negotiations and quotations with suppliers; * Manage delivery schedules and internal demand; * Monitor departmental KPIs; * Support inventory control and warehouse management; * Participate in inventory counts; * Identify process improvements; * Support audits and ensure compliance with regulations. Prerequisites: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Warehouse Management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * English (a plus).
