Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily logistics operations and shipping processes; * Monitor and guide the team; * Release sales orders; * Track scheduling and customer deliveries; * Monitor deliveries and incidents with freight carriers; * Manage logistics contracts; * Track performance indicators; * Ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and service levels; * Act as an interface with internal departments and freight carriers; * Support process improvements and team development. Prerequisites * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in logistics or a similar role; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * English (preferred).
