**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 hrs

**Employment Type:** Temporary employee
* Develop lesson plans and teaching materials, ensuring they reflect current industry best practices and trends.
* Conduct in-person and online training using active learning methodologies to maximize participant learning outcomes.
* Evaluate student performance through tests, practical activities, and continuous feedback, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting content as needed.
* Design and implement practical exercises and case studies simulating real-world logistics scenarios to promote application of acquired knowledge.
* Prepare training follow-up and evaluation reports, presenting results and improvement suggestions to management.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience in the logistics field.
* Advanced knowledge of storage, distribution, and transportation techniques.
* Ability to develop teaching materials and lesson plans.
* Proficiency in logistics management tools (ERP, WMS, TMS).
* Strong communication and pedagogical skills.
