We are looking for a **Sugar Extraction Operator III** to join and demonstrate your expertise in our industrial team. **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** Carrying out and operating the sugar extraction process, monitoring each stage to ensure daily production targets are met, coordinating with other departments that support the extraction process, completing daily production reports when necessary, adjusting process parameters, providing technical guidance to less experienced staff supporting the extraction process; additionally, performing regular replacement of hammers, bearings, cables, pulleys on hillo, and other tasks related to the extraction process. **Requirements for this position:** * High school diploma; * Solid experience in sugar extraction processes; * Availability to work shifts and a 5x1 schedule; * Willingness to reside in Denise, Nova Olímpia, or Tangará da Serra.
