Receive and draft proposals and product improvements through supplier analysis, packaging review, and evaluation of new purchasing options—such as reducing costs and enhancing brand quality. 2\. Define criteria and propose supplier qualification standards via benchmarking and price comparison—to identify optimal purchasing opportunities. 3\. Execute procurement processes by analyzing purchase requests received through the system and obtaining quotations from portals—to ensure acquisitions comply with company policies. 4\. Review and provide technical guidance to the team in preparing budgets using quotations from three suppliers or direct inquiries—to standardize procurement procedures. 5\. Receive and manage supplier contracts through alignment with internal policies and legal validation—to ensure legal compliance. 6\. Enhance product delivery speed by monitoring supply flow and conducting inventory assessments—to meet demand requirements. 7\. Monitor returns of non-conforming goods through coordination with internal departments and suppliers—to resolve non-conformities. 8\. Present and analyze procurement and inventory turnover reports during periodic meetings—to support strategic decision-making. 10\.
