




Description: * Specialization/MBA (in progress): Business Management, Financial Management, Related areas; * 4 years in the agency's administrative area or similar market experience; * Hold Anbima CPA\-20 certification; * Knowledge of financial products and services; * National Financial System; * Financial flow legislation; * Cooperative legislation; * Broad business vision; * People management; * Critical thinking; * Facilitator/educator; * Focus on members. * Manage processes, seeking to identify improvement opportunities, requesting and monitoring enhancements with the Administrative Head Office; * Monitor the agency's service channels aiming to achieve efficiency and better service for members, proposing strategies to improve results. Ensure the team facilitates interaction with digital solutions, promoting a positive experience; * Promote, mediate, and facilitate necessary transformations within the Cooperative; * Monitor and track indicators: agency performance, strategic objectives, portfolio growth, digital platforms, among others; * Work together with the team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, projects, and actions aimed at growing business volume with quality, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of agency operations; * Provide technical guidance and identify training needs for agency staff; * Support and monitor Treasury, Cashier, and Administrative activities (when applicable), ensuring operational security and financial control of the agency while directing activities toward digital channels; * Support and promote, in collaboration with the Agency Manager, risk management related to operations and financial transactions, as well as monitor agency efficiency; * Serve members and non-members within the agency premises and other service channels, assisting with inquiries and transactions. Receive service requests and resolve them or direct members to the channel that provides the best service experience, whether physical or digital; * Foster the development of behavioral and technical competencies, both individual and collective, among agency employees.
