About the job Our Quality team is looking for an Analyst to work in São Paulo in a hybrid format, and your main responsibilities will be related to supplier management and development: * Management of indicators and databases; * Perform critical analysis and monthly closing of KPIs for the Supplier Quality team; * Update, maintain, and drive improvements to the team’s dashboards; * Prepare analyses and presentations for KPI meetings, departmental meetings, stakeholder meetings, and supplier meetings; * Send consolidated reports and KPIs to suppliers; * Categorize consumer complaints related to suppliers; * Lead meetings with packaging suppliers; * Send official communications regarding requirements, changes, and updates to the supplier management system; * Manage and follow up on non-conformance actions; develop action plans focused on reducing deviations to ensure material reliability; * Support suppliers with questions about Danone systems and requirements; * Lead or accompany supplier audits; * Evaluate supplier quality documentation (certificates, specifications, forms); * Update quality documents in Danone systems: SAP, Veeva, Orsoft, Compass; * Participate in risk analyses and technical evaluations of new suppliers and/or new materials; * Lead qualification projects for new suppliers and materials, ensuring correct flow of requirements, risk analysis, documentation, and implementation; * Deliver training on Danone requirements to suppliers; * Conduct technical visits to monitor performance and action plans; * Prepare, organize, and lead presentations and materials for the programs: Supplier Forum and Partners 4 Excellence; * Participate in internal team meetings, trainings, and global Supplier Quality guideline meetings; * Support internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the area. About you * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate English, primarily for reading and writing; * Experience in the food industry. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, certification audits, and Quality Management Systems; * Regulatory knowledge: MAPA and ANVISA requirements related to materials; * Quality Management Systems: FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP; * Quality tools, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement methodologies; * Advanced Excel, including Macros and VBA.
