




**Job Summary:** Junior Post-Sales Analyst (Data-Focused) to work in the Post-Sales area, with a focus on collecting, processing, and analyzing operational and commercial information, supporting management through strategic reports and presentations. This professional will be responsible for transforming data into relevant information for performance monitoring, identification of improvement opportunities, and support for decision-making within the area. **Responsibilities:** * Extract, consolidate, and process data from various systems (CRM, ERP, GOOGLE Drive, and tracking spreadsheets); * Develop and update post-sales area performance dashboards and reports; * Conduct results analysis and identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities; * Ensure integrity and consistency of the databases used; * Automate and optimize data consolidation routines and KPIs; * Prepare PowerPoint presentations for strategic meetings and performance committees, clearly and visually consolidating information; * Support internal departments with analytical information for goal tracking, KPIs, and results; * Maintain the KPI database updated and organized, ensuring reliability of issued reports. **Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related fields; * Experience with data and performance indicator analysis (preferably in post-sales or operational areas); * Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, cross-referencing * databases, charts); * Ability to create executive presentations (PowerPoint); * Attention to detail and analytical ability to identify patterns and propose solutions.
