**Your mission:** Participate in the creation and continuous improvement of products and features, working end-to-end across the product lifecycle. Contribute to product management by gathering requirements, jointly prioritizing implementations with the Product Manager, and enhancing the overall user experience—monitoring team product performance from conception through launch. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the development team to create and review requirement documentation, detailing user stories and ensuring clarity and alignment; * Jointly with the Product Manager, prioritize feature and functionality implementations based on user impact and technical feasibility; * Understand the product strategy together with the Product Manager, identify necessary data and metrics for prioritization decisions, and oversee execution of research initiatives to understand customer behavior, identify improvement opportunities, and uncover new opportunities; * Support product research efforts, considering user needs and directly validating hypotheses with customers; * Monitor product variables and ensure consistent updates to business rules applied to products and services; * Track relevant product KPIs and metrics, leveraging them to support strategic decision-making and identify necessary adjustments; * Create and maintain up-to-date scope documentation—such as one-pagers—detailing project and feature requirements and objectives; * Maintain alignment and communication with involved teams to ensure successful launches and appropriate positioning of new products and features; * Contribute to managing the team’s RCA (Root Cause Analysis) activities. **What we’re looking for:** * High school diploma plus a technical course, certification, or qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering, Design, Administration, and/or Accounting; * Practical experience with Zendesk and Jira; * Experience supporting teams in increasing operational efficiency using automation; * Experience in backlog prioritization, feature launch, and production monitoring; * Knowledge of software development projects using agile methodologies (Kanban and Lean); * Experience with product performance tracking tools such as Metabase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics (GA), HubSpot, or Hotjar for behavioral analysis and usage metrics; * Demonstrated analytical ability in funnel analysis, conversion rate analysis, and database analysis; * Ability to lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity in product decisions. **Bonus points if you have:** * Knowledge of the accounting sector. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Online psychotherapy; * TotalPass; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance and food allowance (VA/VR); * Discount partnerships (universities and language schools); * Worry-free — diverse insurance options; * No dress code; **#JOINCONTABILIZEI** **Culture and Development = We Build Together** Believing that the success of entrepreneurial individuals is our success, Guardians and Guardianesses of our culture build every day the best place to work.
