The **Young Apprentice – Administrative Assistant** will operationalize the specific systems of their area of expertise using available software, contributing to streamlining work routines. They will also assist in various administrative activities within their area of expertise. They will support organizing physical and electronic document files, among other responsibilities within their area of expertise. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in various administrative activities within the area of expertise; Support organizing physical and electronic document files; Assist with spreadsheets and entering information into departmental systems; Receive requests and respond to them or forward them if outside their responsibility; Demonstrate initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of their area of expertise; Safeguard and preserve document files; Support internal and external customer service; And other tasks related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Aged between 18 and 23 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts; High school (currently enrolled or completed) or currently pursuing higher education; Comply with the working hours (4 hours/day) at the workplace and during training; Attend the qualification course guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice per week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** After hiring, the young apprentice will undertake a training program.
