Job Summary:
The professional will support team development, lead branch planning, monitor member satisfaction, and manage risks and financial transactions, also acting as a consultant and facilitator.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support team development, conduct periodic formal and informal evaluations, foster the development of behavioral and technical competencies required for individual and collective growth, and identify and enable training initiatives;
* Lead and execute branch planning. Design and implement actions necessary to maintain and expand the membership base and enhance business results for the segment (MC, ISA, etc);
* Monitor member satisfaction and service quality via digital channels, self-service platforms, and the accredited network; develop and analyze engagement metrics;
* Manage risks inherent to branch operations. Oversee the branch’s financial transactions. Act as the Cooperative’s attorney-in-fact, representing it in all necessary legal and business matters;
* Provide financial advisory services to members and other stakeholders, both on-site at the branch and during external visits, delivering technical information about products and services to improve service quality and finalize negotiations;
* Manage ombudsman-related demands with the team to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of member requests;
* Act as a facilitator and knowledge multiplier in education and technical competency development initiatives related to products and business;
* Organize and oversee Relationship Programs within the branch. Encourage member and community participation and engagement;
* Onboard new members by explaining Sicredi, answering questions, and fostering alignment with cooperative values.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree: Administration, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Law, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields;
* Completed MBA or postgraduate program;
* CPA-20 certification;
* 5 years’ experience in branch business operations or equivalent market experience;
* Financial products and services;
* National Financial System;
