As an **Operational Assistant II**, you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks, controlling processes, supporting analysts, and feeding warehouse performance indicators. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WE COUNT ON YOU TO:** * Maintain systemic controls and reports relevant to warehouse activities at your assigned branch; * Assist in ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures; * Support load assembly for truck loading, ensuring optimal cargo saturation and correct weight distribution of goods in the truck; * Perform inventory and cross-docking control; * Ensure all received materials are inspected and delivery confirmation is provided to the driver; * Accurately complete required warehouse reports; * Handle any matters related to warehouse operations with customers and suppliers; * Update daily and cyclical inventory records for warehouse materials; * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; * Manage truck flow for loading/unloading, adhering to the scheduled time-window plan; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education. **IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:** * Experience in transportation and warehousing; * Residence near the Vinhedo Branch; * Availability to work the 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, Monday through Saturday. **Additional Information** **THE STEPS TOWARD THE PERFECT MATCH** You must go through several stages in the selection process to reach the much-desired YES.
