Collaborative work with an experienced technical team We seek a **Junior AV Operator** to support technical audio and video operations for in-person events and broadcasts. This professional will assist in setup, basic operation of equipment, and organization of audiovisual infrastructure, working alongside more experienced operators. This position is ideal for early-career professionals aiming to gain practical experience in audiovisual production and live events. **Responsibilities:** **Setup and Logistics** * Assist in the setup, cabling, and teardown of audio and video equipment at event venues. **Supervised Operation** * Operate and monitor basic equipment during events—such as microphones, analog and digital mixing consoles, and PTZ cameras—always under supervision by the technical team. **Checklists and Inventory** * Perform equipment checklists before and after events. * Conduct simple connectivity tests and assist in equipment inventory management. **First-Level Maintenance** * Carry out basic preventive maintenance, such as identifying damaged cables or malfunctioning equipment. * Assist in verifying videoconferencing systems and other audiovisual devices. **Operational Communication** * Maintain constant communication with the technical team during setups and events. * Report equipment failures or abnormal behavior promptly. **Requirements:** **Experience** * Up to **2 years of experience** in audiovisual production, technical support, or events. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of equipment used in events, including: cable types and connectors audio and video signal flows microphones analog and digital mixing consoles **Autonomy** * Performs routine operational tasks, requiring supervision during the most critical setup and operation stages. **Education** * Completed technical education or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fields such as: Audiovisual Production Radio and Television Social Communication or related disciplines. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Corporate
