Key Responsibilities * Monitoring of condominium facilities. * Strict control of entry and exit of people and vehicles. * Recording of incidents and supporting environmental organization. * Ensuring the well-being and safety of residents and visitors. Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Computer Skills:** Basic knowledge (for registration and monitoring systems). * **Availability:** Willingness to work on a **12x36 shift schedule**, according to assigned shifts.
