Adapting increasingly to the needs of the import, export, and domestic markets, the company prioritizes excellence in container handling in Brazil, focusing on multimodal integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day:** Operate container handling equipment (Stacker and RTG) safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational procedures, ensuring terminal operational fluidity, asset preservation, and personnel safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate **Reach Stacker** and **RTG (Rubber-Tyred Gantry Crane)** according to operational scheduling and leadership guidance. * Perform container movement, stacking, unstacking, loading, and unloading. * Ensure correct container positioning within the yard, respecting layout, signage, and safety rules. * Conduct daily equipment checklists before and after operations, documenting and reporting anomalies. * Maintain equipment condition, reporting mechanical or operational failures to supervision and maintenance teams. * Strictly comply with operational procedures (OPs), internal standards, and safety regulations. * Support multitask operations as required by terminal needs (yard, gate, warehouse, and rail support). * Proactively prevent incidents, accidents, and damage. * Maintain constant communication with supervision and the operational team. * Support practical training and guidance for less experienced operators when requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Excel in This Role, You Must Have:** * Completed high school education. * Certification as an **Equipment Operator** (Stacker and RTG). * Valid NR-11 certification. * Proven experience operating Stackers and/or RTGs. **It’s a Plus If You Have:** * Prior experience at a rail or intermodal terminal. * Demonstrated operational versatility. * Knowledge of operational control systems. * Experience with night shifts and rotating shifts. **Additional Information** **The 10 Brado Attitudes** Our Behavior in Action!
