




Job Summary: The Mechanical Assembler plans and performs the assembly, installation, and maintenance of industrial machines, interpreting diagrams and ensuring proper operation. Interpretation of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams **Job Mission:** The Mechanical Assembler plans the assembly of mechanical industrial machines, develops activity schedules, and selects machines and tools. **Responsibilities:** Assist in internal dissemination and awareness of the SIGAQ Policy; Support evaluation of compliance with the Policy and quality objectives; Organize the workplace; Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams to operate assembly devices; Request mechanical parts and components; Select parts and assemble subassemblies; Install mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components; Position parts for assembly using overhead cranes; Move machine assemblies using pallet jacks; Perform dimensional control, following manufacturer technical specifications, using calibrated mechanical measuring instruments and interpreting tolerance tables, to ensure compliance with technical assembly requirements; test assembled machines; Collaborate in machine dispatch, verifying documents and accessories, securing movable machine parts, and applying surface-protective products to guarantee machine integrity during handling and transportation; pack machines, observing appropriate packaging methods, and oversee their loading and unloading; Ensure suitable conditions for installing mechanical industrial machines by inspecting the installation site and examining machines prior to commencing operations; perform installation, leveling and adjusting machines using appropriate equipment, tools, and instruments to place them in operational condition; After installation, test machine functionality and demonstrate operation to the operator under real working conditions, providing instructions for correct machine usage; Perform corrective maintenance and technical assistance on mechanical industrial machines, gathering information from operators, identifying defects and their causes, using testing and measuring instruments and analyzing technical data to support procedures. Verify machine operating and safety conditions; Identify damaged parts, distinguishing material types, and request replacement parts; Dismantle mechanical industrial machines using appropriate tools, following established dismantling procedures step-by-step to allow maintenance interventions, part reuse, or other purposes; **Education:** * Education: Completed High School; Completed Technical Course from Senai or Etec (Mechanics, Maintenance, Electrical, Electro-electronics, or related fields) **Essential Requirements:** * Requirements: Driver’s License Category B; Flexibility regarding working hours; Flexibility regarding corporate travel; Residence in Itupeva/SP and surrounding areas. Prior experience in machine maintenance is a plus.
