Join us on this journey. **\#VemSerSynvia** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We count on you to:** * Prepare daily reports and systematically record activities; * Ensure clear and accurate communication among various involved departments; * Perform data entry and updates in the company’s specific systems; * Conduct verifications in the SINEB system (Anvisa) for regulatory control; * Organize patient service materials, such as appointment tickets, ID badges, and wristbands; * Digitize, type, and archive documents; * Deliver test results and provide support to participants; * Organize and manage participant-related document files; * Efficiently manage time to ensure adherence to established procedures and protocols; * Focus on quality, organization, and regulatory compliance, directly contributing to the smooth progress of clinical studies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in the administrative field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity in administrative support. **Additional Information** **Work location:** * Campinas/SP **Work schedule:** * Mon/Sat\-4:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Benefits offered:** * Transportation allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health insurance plan with no monthly premium cost to the employee, including co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental plan with co-payment for the monthly premium; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * Pharmacy partnership program; * Synvia Partnership Club (education institutions, language schools, leisure, and cultural activities); * SESC partnership; * Physical wellness program \- TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare professionals; * Childcare allowance (per internal policy).
