Requirements * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Interest in learning procurement routines and negotiation. Key Responsibilities * Assist in identifying procurement needs with internal departments. * Support requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers. * Enter purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines. * Update supplier and material records in the system. * Support contract, purchase order, and procurement-related document control. * Monitor basic departmental metrics (e.g., pricing, delivery timelines, suppliers). * Support communication with suppliers to align information. * Organize physical and digital departmental files. * Comply with internal procedures and support procurement process improvements.
