Assistant Chef. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to assume the position of Assistant Chef at our establishment located in Granja Viana – Cotia, São Paulo.

Job Summary: Foreign trade professional to provide team support, order follow-up, import documentation analysis, freight quotation, quality issue tracking, and product development. Key Highlights: 1. Daily team support and order follow-up 2. Document analysis and international/national freight quotation 3. Proficiency in SAP and advanced English **Job Responsibilities**: Daily team support; Purchase order follow-up; Import-related document analysis (Invoice, HBL, AWB, LI, Certificate of Origin, etc.); Sending customs clearance instructions to customs brokers; International and national freight quotation with comparative report for audit purposes; Reporting and tracking quality issues with suppliers; Component and product development, coordination with Product Marketing and Laboratory teams, submission of reports and feedback, as well as receipt of samples; Preparation of import insurance provision spreadsheet; Preparation of cargo movement reports, transportation mode reports, and parameterization channel reports; Analysis of freight forwarder service pricing (international freight), terminals, customs brokers, and domestic freight; Reports/spreadsheets for Executive Management; Supplier registration requests; During periods of high daily demand, assist in entering import processes into the SAP system for issuing import entry invoices; Issuing import entry invoices and scheduling merchandise delivery to carriers; Updating unit prices in purchase orders according to the import report for each process; Implementation of Payment Requests for supplier and service provider payments: Advance payments to customs brokers; Foreign exchange payments to suppliers; Reconciliation of taxes debited from the company’s account; Demurrage payments; Import insurance payments; Freight payments (courier processes); **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in International Relations, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP; Import system knowledge; Advanced English proficiency; Solid expertise in the import process;
