This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking personal and professional development at one of the most respected offices in Valinhos and surrounding areas, becoming true partners of the company. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Executing the entire employee onboarding process; * Executing the entire vacation process; * Generating and verifying provisions for the 13th salary and vacation pay; * Preparing, typing, verifying, and issuing Payroll, Biweekly Advance, Pró-Labore Payroll, Payments to Freelancers/MEI, Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR), and 13th Salary, as well as deposit and net payment reports; * Executing the entire offboarding process, including mandatory homologations (where applicable); * Attending to clients. **We expect you to:** * Have basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Be currently pursuing—or have completed—a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, or Accounting. **It would be advantageous if you:** * Were familiar with the Domínio system.
