**Your mission:** * You will work in the technology leadership team with a focus on AI. Deliver high-performance, high-quality software-based solutions, collaboratively building them with other developers and team members. Propose technical solutions that efficiently enable strategic objectives in a measurable, scalable, and secure manner. Work closely with technical and business teams to identify opportunities and aligned solutions that support team goals, enabling and monitoring those solutions to achieve desired results. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Design solutions (architecture, modeling, code design) focused on integrating generative AI models and solutions, developing systems that deliver value and align with the company’s strategic objectives. * Disseminate and share knowledge within internal and external communities, staying up to date on Artificial Intelligence trends and best practices, contributing to increasing the company’s relevance in the AI market. * Support the technical development of less experienced professionals, helping the team reach an appropriate level of qualification and delivery. * Identify issues in the existing codebase and architecture, focusing on integration and efficiency of generative AI models, applying improvements that optimize performance, scalability, cost, and interaction with AI. * Deliver and review testable code, ensuring team delivery quality, resolving issues and blockers impacting agreed deadlines, and realigning agreed expectations. * Implement monitoring and observability across all backend functionalities and routines, ensuring application health. * Design, develop, and maintain backend applications supporting integration activities with generative AI models and diverse interfaces, optimizing the performance of existing systems and ensuring solutions deliver optimal performance aligned with AI capabilities. * Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely in accessible ways for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. * Proactively identify and resolve technical and process issues using data as the basis for decision-making. * Analyze complex problems and devise creative, efficient solutions to solve them and deliver value through software solutions. * Collaborate effectively within teams, working with diverse personalities and perspectives. * Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, organizing work efficiently. * Prioritize critical tasks and ensure timely, effective communication with peers and leadership when facing blockers. * Negotiate deadlines, scope, and requirements with the team and stakeholders. * Work autonomously and manage your own responsibilities without constant supervision. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed undergraduate degree (e.g., Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields). * Proficiency in distributed systems (preferably Monoliths and Microservices). * Proficiency in quality assurance approaches (preferably Unit Testing, TDD, BDD). * Proficiency in Cloud platforms (preferably GCP: Google Cloud Platform). * Proficiency in DevOps practices (Git, PR, Release, Deploy, CI, and CD). * Relevant experience in critical, high-performance projects. * Proficiency in programming paradigms (preferably Structured, Object-Oriented, and Functional). * Proficiency in databases (preferably Pinecone, Datastore, and PostgreSQL). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and Kanban). * Proficiency in programming languages (preferably Python and Java). **Bonus points if you have:** * Knowledge of AI technologies (ML, LLM, other Deep Learning tools). **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Online Psychotherapy; * TotalPass; * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance and Food Voucher (VA/VR); * Discount Partnerships (Universities and Language Schools); * Worry-Free — Various Insurance Options; * No dress code; **#JOINCONTABILIZEI** **Culture and Development = We Build Together** Believing that the success of entrepreneurial individuals is our success, Guardians and Guardianesses of our culture build every day the best place to work.
