The professional will manage projects related to new products, processes, raw materials, suppliers, and technologies; support production and quality areas; monitor performance indicators; conduct industrial trials; and propose continuous improvement actions. Activities must fully align with sustainability, environmental, quality, occupational health, and safety policies. The professional will provide technical support to Production and Quality, monitor performance indicators, manage industrial trials, and actively align with Sustainability, Environmental, Quality, Occupational Health, and Safety policies. **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Technical knowledge of production processes; * Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (5S, OEE, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis); * Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC); * Experience with productive performance indicators; * SAP system knowledge; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Alignment with sustainability policies, environmental management systems, and area procedures. * Availability to work in Piracicaba/SP. **Desirable qualifications:** * Knowledge of TPM methodology. **.** ----- * Start applying with LinkedIn * * Begin * **Please wait...**
