Job Summary: Higa Atacado is seeking a professional to assist in bread preparation, handle dough, and maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. We value our employees and offer an environment of growth and care. **Responsibilities:** Assist in bread preparation, portion ingredients, handle dough, maintain order, organization, and overall kitchen cleanliness, update and verify food inventory, and assemble dishes, fillings, and decorations. **Requirements:** Prior experience in this role is desirable; availability to work from 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM on a 6x1 rotating schedule, with one fixed weekly day off and alternating Sundays (work one Sunday, skip the next); residence in Campinas, Sumaré, or Hortolândia.
