Technical knowledge of Processes and Filling Lines **Join us as a Manufacturing Coordinator** **Function:** Supply Chain **Scope:** Manufacturing Improvement – Processes & Packaging **Location:** Vinhedo Factory **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role exists to drive **operational excellence** across **Processes and Packaging**, leading continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement aligned with goals for **cost, quality, and safety.** You will be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and for the planet. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Lead continuous improvement projects** in **Processes and Packaging**, targeting waste reduction and productivity enhancement, aligned with goals for **cost, productivity, quality, and safety**. * Conduct **people management**. * **Information management**. * Lead and monitor Saving, P&G (losses and gains), Inventory & Productivity projects. * Lead and implement UMS (AM & FI), SHE, Quality, 5S, Management Boards, labeling, etc. * Validate and **deliver short-term (weekly), medium-term (monthly), and long-term (annual) production plans**, ensuring objectives for each category are met (e.g., capacity alignment, innovation projects). * Manage SHE 29, FWS, ISO, HACCP, GMP systems and notify peers of required adjustments to **procedures and policies**. * **Possess technical knowledge of project implementation and participate in improvement teams**, sharing insights across various groups such as Virtual Sites. * Lead and accompany factory visits. * Manage manufacturing area location costs. * Represent manufacturing in cross-functional events (e.g., loss meetings, P&G meetings, Critical Reviews, Committees, Projects), **influencing decisions and implementation roadmaps**. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * **Technical knowledge of Processes and Filling Lines**, preferably for liquids. * Knowledge of **industrial automation and automation**. * Completed undergraduate degree in **engineering**. * Tools for **continuous improvement**. * Experience implementing **new line & process projects**. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * English and Spanish. * People leadership.
